We are just like you….waiting for Spring to finally find its way to Southern Indiana! With only another couple of weeks of April to go, we are hoping for some warmer weather.

We have received a very large order from Accuquilt Cutters. We have lots of new dies and CDs for the embroidery enthusiast! We have received GO! Dies for the Tulip, Cupcake, the House and the Critters! These GO! Dies are so cute you’ll just have to have them for future use! The embroidery CDs are for the House and the Critters. These will be so cute made up. Come in and take a look at all the new dies that we have gotten.

We have also received more of the ACCUQUILT READY! SET! GO! Cutters for the special price of $399.99. This is a savings of over $150.00. Come in and see what you can do with these awesome machines!

As we announced last week, our paper piecing class will be held in June. This is due to Pat having knee surgery. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience. This class will be taught by Mrs. Carol Sargent a well-known teacher and quilter. Carol has taught classes in Southern Indiana and in Kentucky. She will be teaching the Double Feathered Star wall hanging. We have one on display here in the shop. Please be sure to check it out. We think you will love it. This class is for intermediate sewers.

The class fee is $35.00 and the kit and pattern are $52.99. Your finished wall hanging measures 36 ½” by 36 ½”. Backing and batting are not included.

Also, due to this surgery, our embroidery class won’t meet until July 11^th. This will be an informational meeting.

We have lots of new fabric in the shop. Robert Kaufman’s “Kiss The Cook” and Everyday Favorites have just arrived. We have some beautiful prints for babies. These make up so nice for baby quilts for that special newborn in your life.
