For you embroidery enthusiasts, we now have cork fabric!! We will post a picture on Facebook.
We have lots coming up in the next months. We will have SIT ‘n’ SEW on August 28th from 1-4 p.m. There is no charge for this. Just come in and sew with us! Sharynn will be available to help anyone who has bought the Vintage Christmas BOM. This is when we will be doing this BOM. So be sure to come in and get your kit and get ready to make this awesome quilt.
If you aren’t making the Vintage Christmas BOM, you are still welcome to come to Sit ‘n’ Sew. And there is no charge for you to come and sew with us and work on anything you want.
The September calendar is getting full!! Here is what you need to know:
September 4th: AccuQuilt Club meeting here at 5:30p.m. This club will meet in the evening once a month. We will be working on a Black and White Quilt. This meeting will be informational. No need to bring in your cutter.
September 7th: UFO Sewing Club 10-2 here in our classroom. Get those projects finished! And please bring in your finished projects to share!
September 14th: Sharynn’s Stitching Friends 9 a.m.
September 20th & 21st: Sharynn’s 1st In-House Retreat.
WOW! That is just September! More coming in October.
We are so excited about our first In-House Retreat scheduled for September 20th & 21st. Dana Ochs will be catering our lunches for both days and we all know how good her food is! We will have lots of fun, snacks, conversations and of course, sewing!
We do have a couple of spots available if you want to join in the fun. Fifty dollars will get you a spot at the table! We will sew from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Call or come in to reserve your place.
Our AccuQuilt Club will meet on September 4th at 5:30 p.m. This is just an informational meeting. If you have an AccuQuilt GO! Cutter and aren’t sure what you can do with it, come and join us. We will be making a black and white quilt.
SAVE THE DATES:
October 4th & 5th: Handi-Quilter Educator, Harriett Carpanini will be here for 2 days of classes on the Pro-Stitcher. You will only need your laptop or tablet with Pro-Stitcher downloaded. More details will be in the next newsletter.
October 18th & 19th: Sharynn’s will host an AccuQuilt Educator for 2 days of classes. Space is limited so you will need to sign up early to reserve your spot. This will be 2 days of fun and learning more about our AccuQuilt GO! Cutters and dies. We are super excited to be able to bring this to you our customers.
