We hope that you had a very relaxing weekend with your family and friends. We did and we were happy to be able to spend time with our families.
Our hours continue to be 10-4 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday. We are going to continue with these hours until the end of July. If you need to come after 4 p.m. or on a Saturday, please call us to make an appointment. We can also do curbside pickup or ship.
We are still asking you to call in to schedule your machine. It seems to be working much better that way and Darrell is not overloaded! His turn-around is about 2 days.
We have received 15 bolts of Christmas Flannel from Henry Glass! It is so beautiful. I know that flannel in July doesn’t sound like fun but now is the time to make those Christmas throws for all the grandkids or for any one! Plenty to choose from to make them too.
We have also received Thanksgiving fabric from Wilmington. It’s called Seeds of Gratitude by Susan Winget. Susan has designed patterns and fabric for many years. This is beautiful fabric and we have yardage, Jelly Rolls, Charm Squares, & 10” Layer Cakes. Let’s get to work on those projects. Thanksgiving will be here before you know it. How about placemats and napkins or a table runner or a cozy throw. We can help with that!
We got Midnight Magic fabric from Moda in last week. We also got 2 different patterns that can be used with this fabric. We have some pre-cuts of this also.
They will also be on our website. So be sure to look at them and you can order from the website if you don’t want to come inside. We try to ship next day unless you order over the weekend. Then we ship on Tuesday. We will be posting pictures of these fabrics and others on FaceBook this week. Look for them.
Are you looking for a new sewing machine? Come in and let us show you what Janome can do! We have light weight machines that will do lots of stitches and have features that you only find on more expensive machines. These are “go anywhere” machines. We have embroidery machines that have lots built in designs and you can download many more designs. We have the Janome M7 that is the “workhorse” machine. It features a 13.5” throat for plenty of room to get that quilt quilted. It will do free motion and ruler work. Come in and see which one works best for you.
Now for anyone looking for a quilt machine….Darrell has several Handi-Quilter Simply Sixteen on the Little Foot frame that he wants to move. He is pricing these machines so low that he can’t advertise the price!! Handi-Quilter is the best-selling quilt machine on the market today. It is the most dependable and reliable. Darrell will set the machine up in your home and teach you to use it. Call or come in to see these in action.
Remember when you buy from us, we will teach you how to use your machine, we will be here to service your machine and answer any questions you have.
