We hope that everyone had a great Mother’s Day Weekend. We have Memorial Day coming up soon and as a reminder….we will be closed May 27th thru May 30th. We will reopen on the 30th at 10 a.m.

We have received our notions order and we have a few new things…two different sizes of Fingerguards for rulers. They have suction cups on them that attach to the ruler. These were very popular at the Swing into Spring Shop Hop. We have also received the telescoping thread stands. Some of you have asked about the Wool Mat cleaner from the Gypsy quilter. We now have those in stock. This handy tool will clean your wool mat or clean pet hair from rugs, carpet, etc. New patterns have also arrived such as The Cactus Wreath and a new 3 Yard Quilt book. We featured Cathy and the Cactus Wreath quilt she made on Facebook. She says that it is easy to make! Come in and see what is new!

We have 4 different machines on our floor ready for you to “play” with. We also have the newest Handi-Quilter the Amara ST. We have special pricing on this model. It is a sit or stand model with a hydraulic table. It is a space saver!

Darrell will set up the machine and teach you all the workings of the machine. We carry only Handi-Quilter parts and accessories. So you know that you are getting the best. Come in and see us. You can also call and make an appointment with Darrell and he can show you all the ins and outs of a longarm machine. We service in house what we sell. Our service doesn’t take weeks or months to complete.
There are only 6 spaces left for the In-Shop retreat in September. The dates are September 22nd & 23rd. A deposit will hold a spot for you. We have so much fun and you don’t want to miss it. So come in reserve a spot for yourself and a friend or friends. We will sew from 9 to 9 on Friday and 9 to 3 on Saturday. You sure can get lots started or finished in that time frame.
A reminder… when bringing in your sewing machine for service, we do not need the accessories such as extra bobbins, feet, etc. If your machine has a “stop/start” feature, we don’t need the foot control. If you are bringing in an embroidery machine, we will need a hoop with fabric and stabilizer to test the embroidery. If you are unsure of what to bring, please call! Also, please remember that we do not service Husqvarna-Viking, Bernina, Brother, Baby-Lock or Pfaff. Thank you for your understanding.
