This week will be a very busy week for some of you with the fair going on. We hope you enjoy it all.
If you are going on vacation or at the fair this week, this would be a good week to bring in your sewing machine and have it serviced.
We have received some of our Christmas fabrics from Moda along with several patterns. The patterns we received are Christmas Cheer and Kringle Clipper. We also received the fabric to go along with Christmas Cheer. Christmas Cheer is a panel which makes a beautiful wall hanging, table topper, throw or anything else you can think of! We will be posting pictures of all of these on Facebook in the near future.
Another new pattern is Autumn Has Arrived by Coach House Designs. We have beautiful Autumn fabrics by Studio E called Fall into Autumn which is perfect for this pattern. Come in and see for yourself. Now is the time to get started on those fall and Christmas projects.
Check out our Facebook page for pictures of our Sharynn’s Stitching Friends meeting from last Saturday. The gals who participated in the Initial Challenge showed their Quilts off for us. We have them all hanging in the classroom. Come in and see what they accomplished with a little imagination. They are all beautiful.
Cathy Harvey and Barb Stein-Roche will be teaching a Beginner Quilting Class. This class will be basic quilting…cutting, piecing, etc. You will make a small quilt (baby size). Class size is limited to 5 people. Ages teens and above with some sewing experience. You must be familiar with your machine. We will not be teaching your how to use your machine. If you are interested, please call as soon as possible and get your name on the list. More information to come.
